Anterior knee pain—especially around the patellar tendon—is one of the most common complaints among hybrid athletes and high-volume runners.

Unfortunately most rehab plans are built on the assumption you are willing to stop training.

  • Pain is directly below or above the kneecap (not deep inside the joint)

  • Pain flares with running, squatting, or stairs—but not at rest

  • Your knee doesn’t catch, lock, or give out
